The Federal State Budgetary Institution "Central Scientific and Methodological Veterinary Laboratory" determines the amount of payment for the provision of public services (research) provided to individuals and legal entities on a fee basis, on the basis of current legislation, namely the following legal acts:

- Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 210-FL “On the Organization of Provision of State and Municipal Services”

- Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 6, 1998 No. 898.

- Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 6, 2011 No. 352.

- Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated March 22, 2012 No. 194 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on June 1, 2012 No. 24415).

- Order of the Rosselkhoznadzor dated September 29, 2010 No. 376.

The scope and financial support of this state task to the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Central Scientific and Methodological Veterinary Laboratory” is determined by the founder in the person of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, namely:

- Budget Code of the Russian Federation.

- Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 640 of June 26, 2015 "On the Procedure for Forming a State Task for the Provision of State Services (Performance of Work) in Relation to Federal State Institutions and Financial Support for the Implementation of a State Task".

- Order of the Rosselkhoznadzor dated December 21, 2015 No. 928 "On approval of the Procedure for determining the standard costs for implementation by the federal state budgetary institutions subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor, state works" (Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on March 18, 2016 No. 41461).
